Leave Rules

1. Absence without leave is seriously viewed and in case of four consecutive days of absence the name of the pupil shall be struck off the rolls. He would be readmitted after he has paid all the dues with fresh admission fee and that too at the discretion of the principal.

2. For leave of absence, a letter must be sent by the parents and also a note made in the diary.

3. All students are expected to attend class on the opening day after each of the vacation and the closing day before the vacation.

4. Absence because of sickness must be supported with a medical certificate.

5. Students attending the school after suffering from an infectious disease such as measles, chicken pox, cholera, mumps, whooping cough etc. must produce of fitness certificate from an authorized doctor.

6. Parents are expected to see the progress card carefully and see that their marks make a special effort to study those subjects in which they are marked.

7. Pay the school fees regularly for details read the especially "Instructions for the payment of fees".

8. Parents are not allowed to speak to their ward or take them away from the school premises during school hours without the permission of the principal.

9. Parents are expected not to enter the school to consult the teachers during school hours. Those who seek information or who want to make some complaint should do so to the principal or the teacher on prior appointment.

10. For a healthy and purposeful inter section between the parents and the teachers, a Parents-teacher Association (PTA) meeting is organized from time to time in the school. Parents both father and mother are specially requested to attend the (PTA) meeting to assess the progress of the child.

11. A minimum advance notice of 3 days in the form of a written application to the office is imperative for issuing any certificate. Such certificates are however, issued only during the working hours on the class days after verifying the clearance of all dues.

12. Parents should drop their suggestions for the improvement of the school in the "SUGGESTION BOX".

13. There will be 10% increase in school fees and bus fare from the new session.

14. The student may not be allowed to continue his/her studies due to:

(a) Constant weakness in studies.

(b) Irregularity in attendance (Regular & absent)

(c) Behaviour problem and ill manners will struck off the name from the roll.

(d) Non-payment of Fees.

(e) Rude behaviour of parents with the school authorities.
