Admission Rules & Regulations

General Admission Rules

1. Admission is open to all students, irrespective of caste, creed, religion, or gender, subject to the rules and regulations of the school and the norms laid down by the Punjab School Education Board.
2. Registration for admission does not guarantee admission. Admission is granted strictly on the basis of merit, availability of seats, and successful completion of the admission process.
3. The decision of the Principal regarding admission shall be final and binding in all cases.
4. Students seeking admission must fulfill the age criteria prescribed by the school and the guidelines of Punjab School Education Board.

Required Documents

The following documents must be submitted at the time of admission:

• Birth Certificate (issued by Municipal Authority)
• Aadhaar Card of the student
• Aadhaar Cards of both parents
• Transfer Certificate (for Classes II onwards)
• Report Card/Mark Sheet from previous school
• Passport-size photographs of the student and parents
• Residence Proof
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• Medical Fitness Certificate
• Migration Certificate (where applicable)

Admission Procedure

1. Parents must fill out the prescribed admission form completely and accurately.
2. Incomplete forms or forms with incorrect information will be rejected.
3. Admission test and/or interaction may be conducted for the concerned class.

Age Criteria for Admission

Admission shall be granted as per the age norms prescribed by the school and the guidelines of Punjab School Education Board.

Important Guidelines

• The child's age will be calculated as on 31st March of the academic year.
• Admission shall be granted strictly according to the norms prescribed under National Education Policy 2020 and the guidelines issued by Punjab School Education Board.
• Original Birth Certificate issued by the competent authority is mandatory at the time of admission.
• Any relaxation, if permissible, shall be solely at the discretion of the school management and subject to applicable rules.

This structure is fully aligned with the 5+3+3+4 framework of NEP 2020 and is ideal for a PSEB-affiliated school.

Transfer Certificate

1. Students coming from other recognized schools must submit an original Transfer Certificate.
2. Students from boards other than Punjab School Education Board must also submit a Migration Certificate, if applicable.

Withdrawal Policy

1. One month's written notice is mandatory for withdrawal.
2. Transfer Certificate will be issued only after clearance of all dues.
3. No fee paid will be refunded after admission.

Important Rules

1. Any false information or forged documents will lead to immediate cancellation of admission.
2. The school reserves the right to refuse admission without assigning any reason.
3. Admission is provisional until all documents are verified and approved.
4. Parents must comply with all school rules, regulations, and policies.
