Examination Related Guidelines for Parents and Students

At SSN School, examinations are an important part of the academic process. Students and parents are requested to carefully follow the guidelines mentioned below to ensure the smooth conduct of examinations.

• Students must report to the examination hall at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
• Carry the school identity card, admit card (if applicable), and all necessary stationery items.
• Mobile phones, smart watches, electronic gadgets, books, notes, or any unauthorized materials are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall.
• Students must occupy their allotted seats and maintain complete silence and discipline throughout the examination.
• Read the question paper carefully before attempting the answers.
• All required particulars must be filled in neatly and accurately on the answer sheet.
• Any form of cheating, copying, or use of unfair means will lead to strict disciplinary action, including cancellation of the examination.
• Students will not be permitted to leave the examination hall before the completion of the stipulated time without prior permission.
• Answer sheets must be submitted immediately when instructed by the invigilator.
• No re-examination will be conducted for absentees except under exceptional circumstances supported by valid documentary evidence.
• Parents are advised to ensure that their ward reaches school on time during examinations.
• Students should maintain a healthy routine, adequate sleep, and regular revision during the examination period.
• The decision of the school regarding evaluation, results, and disciplinary matters shall be final and binding.

Second Periodic Test: Month of December

First Term Exam: Month of September

Annual Exam: Month of March
